Portal Survey on Satisfaction and Impact on Care
About the Portal Survey on Satisfaction and Impact on Care
There is a need for portal surveys that enable researchers to look at meaningful outcomes. The 38-item Portal Survey on Satisfaction and Impact on Care is a reliable measure of portal users' perceptions of utility and satisfaction with portal access to electronic health records (EHRs) and e-messaging, and of portal impact on client engagement and perceptions of communication between clients and service providers. The survey has five sections: Satisfaction and Usefulness: Client's Health Record, Satisfaction and Usefulness: Portal Messaging, Involvement in the Care Process, Portal Messaging with Service Providers, and Portal Overall.
