Access resources that demonstrate effective ways to have conversations around disability disclosure and workplace accommodations

About the Toolkit

Our youth toolkit was co-developed with youth with disabilities and researchers.

In this course, you will learn strategies for disclosing your disability to employers and asking for workplace accommodations. We will review things to consider before disclosing, how to ask for workplace accommodations, and learning to self-advocate.

Relevant simulations, infographics, resources, and publications will also be provided.
