The Autism Decision-aid Tool is designed to help autistic youth:

Understand what disability disclosure means and how it can help in the workplace

Learn the benefits of disability disclosure in the workplace, along with how and when to disclose

Access resources that demonstrate effective ways to have conversations around disability disclosure and workplace accommodations
